  • You must provide me with 48 hour notice via text to cancel your appointment. If not, there will be a $50 rebooking fee.

  • listen, i understand that emergencies happen & things come up, but we also all own phones (with multiple avenues of communication) so please be courteous & considerate of my time. no shows will be black listed. sorry i don’t make the rules (jk i do)

  • mom of 3 here 👋🏼 i love kids, but not at appointments. the salon is not the place for ‘em (& i think we both know you’re there to escape them lolz)

    appts are long & no amount of ipad & snacks will keep em occupied. it also makes your appt longer, so please plan accordingly, and keep in mind that i charge hourly.

  • I do not offer refunds because my time + product was already used.

    however, if you have an issue within 10 days of your appointment, I will correct what’s needed at no additional cost to you. If you reach out to me after 10 days, the touch-up will be charged accordingly.

    if your issue (before or after 10 days) involves a personal preference that wasn’t addressed in the consultation, it will be charged accordingly.

    I require realistic inspiration pics + a thorough consultation prior to each appoint in order to hopefully avoid this.
